SYSTEM WORKFLOW SYSTEM

How Netrafy integrates with Shopify.

Discover the seamless pipeline connecting your online customers, call-center agents, and backend order management engine.

1. Real-time Ingestion

When a customer submits an order (COD or Prepaid) on your Shopify storefront, a webhook trigger instantly sends the payload directly to our secure API queue within 2 seconds.

2. Queue & Allocation

Our backend allocator engine maps store parameters and routes the order to the active calling queue of your logged-in agents using smart round-robin or load-balancing logic.

PIPELINE NODE 02

3. Telecaller Verification

Calling agents pick up assigned orders inside their bento dashboard, contact the customer to verify details (delivery coordinates, cash availability), and update notes.

PIPELINE NODE 03

4. Fulfillment Confirm

Once verified, the order status changes to Confirmed/Dispatched, immediately pushing the update back to Shopify and triggering packaging and shipping.

Order Status Mapping System

We employ a simple, text-aligned status mapping classification that updates Shopify store records. This ensures agents understand priority instantly.

Confirmed (Signal Orange Active Indicator): Verified and ready for packaging.
Pending (Slate Muted Indicator): Placed but requires caller verification.
Cancelled / Returned (Carbon Neutral Indicator): Flagged as bad data or rejected.

Secure Ingestion Webhook Standard

All webhooks transmitted from Shopify stores are verified using an HMAC-SHA256 signature calculated from your API secret. Requests with bad signatures are instantly blocked.
