Agreement Overview
These Terms of Service govern your use of the NETRAFY System and any associated services, dashboards, and integrations. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms, our API policies, and our merchant guidelines.
1. Merchant Licensing & Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use NETRAFY to manage order operations, sync storefronts, and coordinate fulfillment agents under the following guidelines:
- Account Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and dashboard access. Any actions taken using your credentials are your responsibility.
- Storefront Linking: You may only connect Shopify storefronts for which you are an authorized administrator or owner.
- Order Processing Accuracy: Merchants must ensure customer details synced to the platform are accurate and obtained in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws.
2. API Usage & Fair Use Policy
To protect the reliability and performance of our infrastructure, we enforce a strict fair-use policy on all integration endpoints:
- Rate Limits: API clients must stay within standard concurrency quotas. Exceeding 100 requests per minute may result in temporary throttling or account suspension.
- No Scraping: Automated scraping of order, telecaller performance, or system routing statistics is strictly prohibited.
- Integration Security: You must secure all API credentials and webhooks. Compromised keys must be rotated immediately using the developer dashboard interface.
3. System Availability & SLA
While we strive to maintain high availability, we provide the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty:
- Maintenance Windows: Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance via the dashboard notices or developer console.
- Data Backups: Although we maintain hot-standby databases, merchants are encouraged to retain historical order logs locally for business continuity purposes.
- Disclaimer of Liability: Under no circumstances shall NETRAFY be liable for lost profits, shipping losses, or data corruption resulting from platform downtime or Shopify API outages.
4. Termination
You can stop using our services and uninstall our application at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately if we detect:
- Violations of Shopify Developer terms or store policies.
- Fraudulent use of calling queues, automated verification calls, or routing loops.
- Non-payment of subscription plans or volume fees.
