Shopify stays in step
After every change, Netrafy writes the available count back to your store's primary location in Shopify. If a write fails, the variant is flagged and you can retry it.
Netrafy keeps stock for every variant in every Shopify store you connect. Products, sizes and collections come straight from Shopify, so there is no second catalogue to keep in step. When an order is confirmed or shipped, the stock comes off; when Shopify needs to know, Netrafy tells it.

Stock is never overwritten. Opening stock, order deductions, order edits, cancellations, returns, adjustments and production receipts are each written as a line in the ledger, and available stock is the sum of those lines. When a number looks wrong, the reason is already on the screen.
| Entry | Reference | Qty |
|---|---|---|
| Opening stock | +30 | |
| Order deducted | #1042 | −2 |
| Order edited in Shopify | #1042 | −1 |
| Order deducted | #1047 | −1 |
| Cancellation restored | #1047 | +1 |
| RTO received | #0998 | +1 |
| Adjustment | Damaged | −2 |
| Production received | PP-000003 | +20 |

Netrafy compares demand — what was confirmed or shipped over the last 7 to 90 days, your choice — with the stock you have available, and shows the shortage for every variant. Out of stock is Critical; short is Low, or Production in progress once a program covers it. Narrow it by store, collection, product or size.
| Variant | Demand | Available | Shortage | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Linen Kurta / L | 18 | 0 | 18 | Critical |
| Cotton Tee / S | 12 | 5 | 7 | Low |
| Linen Kurta / M | 15 | 4 | 11 | Production in progress |
| Cotton Tee / M | 6 | 20 | 0 | Enough |
| Variant | Store | Ordered | Received |
|---|---|---|---|
| Linen Kurta / L | store-a | 18 | 10 |
| Linen Kurta / M | store-b | 11 | 11 |
| Cotton Tee / S | store-a | 7 | 0 |
Pick variants from the shortage list and Netrafy opens a production program — numbered PP-000001 onwards — with a suggested quantity on each line. One program can mix variants from different stores. Receive the goods in batches as they arrive; whatever you receive enters stock automatically as a ledger line.

The owner and admins manage stock. Managers can view it. Telecallers do not see inventory at all — their screen stays on the call.
Orders reach inventory through Order Management, so Inventory runs alongside it rather than on its own. Stock tracking is on every plan; adjustments and Shopify sync start on Growth.
